The stone wall garden provides a place of quiet contemplation. It has been newly
created
by Hunter Toran. The numerous plantings will appear in the spring.
Inn the Village B&B is walking distance to a massage here in town. There are several wonderful
local masseuses. Tell us your preference. We will schedule it for you.
There will be wine tasting weekends here within our doors, along with the
occasional concert or special interest lecture. For example, on January 28,
2007, there will be a
benefit performance by local folk artist Richard Berman. When you call to
schedule, we will let you know when these will be happening so you can try to
schedule your visit to coincide.

I have a large selection of New England, Massachusetts and local guides. I love
to tell people about the area and help them with hiking or touring ideas. As a
runner, hiker, skier, kayaker and biker, I am pretty good at helping direct
people. Also, please see The Village page. You’ll find lots of links to places of interest and things to do in the area.
Guests can store their sports gear in my garage. A couple on a Harley said it is
good for motorcycle groups to know that I have a garage because many of them
don’t like to leave their bikes out.
I can assist you in making your stay a special and memorable weekend. Our local
Shelburne Falls Wine Merchant offers an extensive array of wines and other fine
liquors. You may order something that can be delivered to the Inn and available
in your room or stored in the wine cooler.
The gardens outside are a beautiful place to walk and be. Take a cup of tea or
coffee and sit. A stone wall terrace has been newly created for the benefit of
all.
The teapot here was made by a local artisan.
