Robin Brooks Design is a New England web design and print design firm. Robin
Brooks creates web sites that are clear and functional, as well as being
visually attractive.
One of her clients coined the phrase “Attention Scarcity.” This refers to the inundation of information pummeling us these days. A high
percentage of this information is presented in such a way that it adds to the
general sensory overload that we experience in our lives. Web sites can be
exhausting to look at and to try to navigate.
People visiting Robin’s sites enjoy the experience of being there, which in turn means that people
will not only spend more time with your site, but they will want to return.
Robin is now working with Derek Allard at Tunnel 7 to build standards based websites using xhtml and cascading stylesheets (css).
Katywil and The Beauty of Books have been built this way. Derek also rebuilt
Paul Rezendes Photography, but a little differently.
